I prefer roasting the ingredients for my St.Paddy’s Day feast! Coincidentally, so does Ree Drummund, also known as the Pioneer Woman. I’m making her version today. It features sliced, roasted corned beef, cabbage quarters sauteed in balsamic reduction then roasted in Guinness beer!
